Group therapy plays a vital role in building community and promoting communal healing.

Our group therapy sessions foster a sense of shared experience and mutual support, helping individuals feel less isolated and alone. We believe that by breaking down stigma and promoting understanding and empathy for others, we can create a sense of community and promote healing on a broader level. Our group therapy sessions also help individuals develop interpersonal skills and build more positive relationships with others, further strengthening the bonds within our community.

Groups are facilitated by our licensed clinicians - hosted at our Marietta office.

BASECAMP - Emerging Adult Group Adventure Therapy

Basecamp is a group program designed specifically for emerging adults who are struggling with the transition to adulthood.

Through our program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of outdoor and adventure-based activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, camping, and kayaking. In addition to these activities, our program also includes individual and group therapy sessions, facilitated by our clinical team of licensed therapists, counselors, and youth specialists. We blend these approaches with the intention to support participants to identify their strengths, develop a sense of purpose, overcome barriers and set goals for the future.
